What data reaches us.
Nothing here asks for personal details, because the site contains no form, login or comment area. A phone call is different: the dispatcher may record your name, street, number and a brief note on the problem so that a technician can be assigned.
Server records.
A web host delivers these pages. Hosts of that kind commonly keep basic request logs, such as an IP address, a browser type and the pages opened, to protect the site and gauge traffic.
Content from other companies.
The maps and fonts come from Google, which can therefore see your IP address and place cookies under its own policy. Nothing on these pages uses ad trackers or follows you across other websites.
How call details are used.
We use what you tell us on a call for booking, for the job itself and for a check afterward. Personal information is not sold. When a different company carries the call, the data it handles falls under its own terms.
Your choices.
